This is our most popular group training package for middle school and freshmen high school athletes who are just getting started, and will average 2 to 3 workout sessions per week.
The 20 session, Student-Athlete Group Training Package includes:
60 to 75 minute group workouts with Coach Green.
Weight Training (Total Body, Power Lifting, Core, and Functional), Speed and Agility, plus Footwork and Plyometrics.
Ongoing athletic evaluations and analysis updates as needed.
A detailed sports nutrition package designed for each athlete's specific needs.
Like-minded athletes train together, and in separate groups.
Time limit on this package is three months.
Gym fees are billed separately and average $55 per month.
A 24 hour notice is required for any changes to the schedule.
Workouts are scheduled on a weekly basis.
